This app is horrible I couldnt even start up the app

This product doesnt work and the support is miserable. To make it worse the support is from the Philippines!!!

Mine is a lot more reliable lately.

works fine since I installed it 4 weeks ago with 1 internal, 1 external and 1 pool thermometer, but needs refinements: - rainfall data near to useless as not accumulated over 24h or for the week: PLEASE ADD THIS FUNCTION ASAP - channels for the different sensors can not be named but are only shown by numbers 1, 2, 3 : PLEASE ADD POSSIBILITY TO CUSTOMIZE CHANNEL NAMES

I am unable to switch rain from inches millimeters. Other wise the software seems to work fine.

Moreover, I cannot register it again as it always display "Session not found" when entering Timezone! Please correct!

Still NO PUSH notifications!!!

Last 6 months I getting absolutely poor performance of the app. Cannot access my stations data 9 times of 10

The allarm push dosent work in ios 8.1 and its not possible share any information about my station like imessage, facebook or other...

This app is great! Its the only weather station I got that actually works! Yes the app is not 100% with crashing sometimes but hey, it give the information I need and I love it!

reports rain fall per hour and so far has only registered .1in I want to see daily, weekly, and monthly totals. The averages graphs do not tell you anything there is on value on the y-axis.

New upgrade seems to work better. Graphing dates not localized to the us. Data view rather small. Needs a broader history range. Needs to also fully support iPads. No tracking of wind direction is evidenced.

Feb. 2nd update Oregon Scientific came through on the fixes I needed. They FedXed a new system out and that took care of the issues I was having. Ive set two more of these up and they work great. Once I log in I can get to all three systems. Their new web based tool works good as well. Mahalo to Tracy & Jerry at Oregon Scientific for working to take care of this! Posted Jan 10th, 2013 One star only because thats the lowest ranking. Oregon Scientific has yet to respond to any tech support questions over the course of three weeks. Dont bother calling their 800 number, customer support never picks up. I called and left the phone on my desk all day and came home seven hours later, still on hold. Even called their corporate headquarters, no answer for any department! Filling out request via their web site is the same. I really wanted this to work! Now my two new problems are: The system does not recognize my registration code, and I can not set my system up in my time zone? Ive tried logging in and out, but no luck. And, yes, an iPad version would be good, but after you get this versions bugs worked out. Posted on January 1st, 2013 If I didnt get two of the Oregon Scientific weather stations for Christmas I would not use this app! Server that drives this app seems to be down 50% of the time. New upgrade does not save your registration code or MAC address. And new time zone feature will not allow you to input any time zone, or tell you what format the time zone needs to be in? Help...

It lost my station setting and wont allow me to re-add my station because when I try to select the Timezone I get a SESSION_NOT_FOUND error,,,,, fix it please!

The app was just upgraded with a new look and design. Make sure you update your iOS to the latest version to make sure it works correctly. I would love to buy more sensors to track the temps in my greenhouse.

I bought my husband the Oregon Scientific weather station for Xmas. The station itself seems to work quite well, however, the only way to access current weather conditions is through this app. Before and since the update of the app, the station settings on my iPad and iPhone vanished requiring that re-entry of all the registration information. At the point of entering the (required) timezone, I get the SESSION_NOT_FOUND error message noted by another reviewer. Without the ability to set up the staion, the app -- as well as the $200 weather station -- are useless.

The rainfall needs work. Im not interested in the rate of rain, but the amount of total rainfall for a day, week, month and year. I thought this would be a standard feature. Always getting the error request timed out. Very frustrating.

I tried to set up the app on my iPhone 3GS and when I got to the Time Zone I got the error SESSION_NOT_FOUND. I contacted Oregon Scientific by e-mail and never got an response. I borrowed my wifes iPhone 4 and was able to complete the set up and then accessed the data through my iPhone.
